3-Hour Roadway Safety Program (RSDEP)

Overview

April 18th, 2026 (3:00pm-6:00pm) This is the required program for all out-of-country applicants beginning the process of obtaining a Maryland driver’s license. The program is offered virtually (online), allowing participants to attend from anywhere within the state of Maryland, and costs $100. Participants may book and enroll online. To attend, participants must have a valid form of identification, such as a Maryland ID, Passport, Work Permit, or Green Card. Identification will be verified to process the completion certificate. Upon completing the online class and successfully passing the quiz, participants will be required to visit any of our office locations to sign the necessary documents. Once this step is completed, the certificate will be issued. We will submit the certificate directly to the Maryland MVA and also provide a copy to the participant for their personal records.
