3-Hour Roadway Safety Program

Overview

February 14th (10:00am-1:00pm) This is the required program for all out-of-country applicants beginning the process of obtaining a Maryland driver’s license. The program is offered virtually (online), allowing participants to attend from anywhere within the state of Maryland, and costs $100. Participants may book and enroll online. To attend, participants must have a valid form of identification, such as a Maryland ID, Passport, Work Permit, or Green Card. Identification will be verified to process the completion certificate. Upon successful completion of the virtual program, each student will receive a digital completion certificate. We will submit the certificate directly to the Maryland MVA and also provide a copy to the participant for their personal records.
