3-Hour Roadway Safety Program

For your convenience, Charlie's Driving School offers the Self-Paced 3-Hour Roadway Safety Driving Education Program. The course consists of four modules. Each module contains the same content that is covered in the classroom version of the 3-Hour Roadway Safety Driving Education Program. After each module is complete, you will take a quiz to verify that you understand the concepts that were presented in that module. For your convenience, you can pause the course between modules. After you complete a module, you can sign out of your Charlie's account, then sign back in later when you want to resume the course. After you complete all four modules, you will take the final exam online. The exam is a multiple-choice test with 20 questions. You must pass the final exam with a score of at least 80%. If you do not pass the final exam, you can re-take the exam the next day. There is a $20 re-test fee if you need to take the exam again. Once you pass the final exam, your signed MVA 3-Hour Roadway Safety Driving Education Program Certificate will be issued immediately — simply print it out or save it to take to the MVA to apply for your Maryland driver's license. The cost of this course is $100.
